"Yuanyang" by Tsang Cheung-shing

The title of this sculpture, "Yuanyang" refers to a Chinese beverage, made by mixing coffee and milky tea. The beverage was given that name because it is also the name for a mandarin duck, a Chinese symbol for marriage and love. I love the way the sculptor plays on the symbolism of that beverage in Chinese culture. This sculpture is on display in the Hong Kong airport.
