These random light up deer appeared on the lawn outside the football office this week. Thus far they are the only holiday decorations I've seen on campus. My secret hope is that they appear in plenitude on ever single bare space of grass over the next couple of weeks; a swarm of tacky light up deer. I wait with hope in my heart, but I have a feeling that this is a humorous scenario that will only play out in my head and not on the carefully manicured lawns of this prestigious school; tackiness is only acceptable in moderation.
