Dear Toyota Customer,

When I say "Good morning sir/mam/miss how are you doing today?" The proper response should have something to do with the question. Please don't shout out your millage to me, launch into the issues you're having with your car, or yell at me about something that didn't meet your satisfaction. I asked you a question! A polite one at that. Please respond accordingly.
