Some days just don't go the way you want them to, and Saturday was one of those days. I found myself in my art room with a dozen kids needing help, people stopping by to ask favors of me, and a whole mess of stress because I didn't have time to get all my prep work done for that lesson...or the next five lessons I was supposed to teach. All I wanted to do was abandon the room and go use the punching bag in the gym next door to my art room. Fahim chose this day to stop by to learn what arts and crafts is about and found me in my hectic state trying to divvy up water colors and tempera to all the students, all while trying to answer all of the random questions that come my way. He said, "What can I do to make you happy?" I retorted, "A pink mustache would make me happy." When I turned back around my assistant Juliana had painted a dashing number on him and I immediately cracked up. Happiness achieved.
